New Individual Application
Beginning September 17, 2010 Anthem is introducing a new application for Individual business in Colorado and Nevada. THey have enhanced both the paper and online applications to allow for more complete information, making it easier to work with clients and easier to do business with.
Highlights of the changes include:
• Simplified Health History Section
• Updates to the effective date language
• Notification that premium is required with applications
• Updated billing page
• Updated information for Domestic Partners
• Allowing Dependents to age 26
